Create a consistent brand

A consistent brand across all your marketing channels including Social Media accounts and your website makes your organization recognizable and defined.

Make sure your logo is on everything.
Use the same font and colors on all graphics.
Have social media headers consistent with your brand and website.

how do i know what platform to use?

If you are not sure what platform to use, we can work with you to identify the platforms used by a majority of your community and then help you set them up.

what can i have graphics made from?

You can have graphics made on anything. Just provide photos, your logo, and the information, and we will create your graphic so that is consistent with your brand.

what are the benefits of a consistent brand?

A consistent brand shows that your organization is organized and focused. It will also help your organization be more identifiable and help you as the PIO share information easier.

what do i do if i don't know how to use social media?

We don't teach Social Media classes however Chief Rob Reardon does. His class focuses on Social Media for public service organizations. You can contact him at www.robreardon.com.

how long does it take to get the graphics?

Graphics will take 2 weeks to create once we have received the material needed.

how will the graphics be delivered?

Graphics and banners are in .jpg format and can be delivered either by email or in a dropbox.

can i get something made in addition to graphics?

If you need something more than a graphic we are happy to help. We can create anything your organization may need such as print material, educational worksheets, Instagram Stories or Reels, Training material, and even Powerpoints. Just ask! We are happy to help!

how many times can i use the graphics?

The graphics are designed specifically for your organization and can be used as many times as you would like. Since the graphics are specific to the organization, they should not be used by others because that will confuse the viewer.

do i need my own photos?

Yes, you will need your own photos. Since your organization's Social Media is about what they do, it should be content that is unique to to them. Your community wants to see their organization and what makes them great.
